Method:
tris[[dimethyl-[3-(oxiran-2-ylmethoxy)propyl]silyl]oxy]-phenyl-silane can be obtained by reacting phenyltrimethylchlorosilane (C6H5Si(CH3)3Cl) with epoxypropanol.
